Are you fed up with the stubborn wrinkles that show your age? Specifically, those wrinkles that are too deep for standard facials, but too fine for Dermal Fillers?
There’s now a new wrinkle treatment to help you: Restylane SkinBoosters
Restylane SkinBoosters are an injectable treatment. Whilst they’re derived from traditional dermal fillers, they’re much lighter and more fluid so they reach the underlying skin levels (the dermis).
You see, the fine-but-deep wrinkles that are bothering you have usually come about as a result of dehydration. And very few treatments deliver hydration to the deeper levels of the skin.
What’s in Restylane Skin Boosters that delivers deep hydration?
Restylane SkinBoosters consist of an injectable Hyaluronic Acid: Hyaluronic Acid is the moisture-binding substance in the skin. But once it’s gone, fine lines caused by dehydration start to appear.
That’s why the Restylane Skin Boosters are such an effective wrinkle treatment: they rehydrate and replace your natural moisture. And because it’s lighter and more fluid than traditional dermal fillers, it reaches the lower levels of skin where it’s needed.
What kind of results can you expect from the Restylane SkinBoosters wrinkle treatment?
Your skin will look rejuvenated almost immediately, as the Hyaluronic Acid hydrates your skin. It also repairs and protects against sun damage.
These Before and After photos are indicative of the typical results:
As you can see, not only are wrinkles reduced, but the SkinBoosters treatment restores firmness, reduces roughness and brightens the complexion.
How many SkinBoosters treatments are needed?
For maximum results, there are two phases:
- Building up the base: 3 treatments, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart. Treatments take up to an hour.
- Maintenance: 6-monthly appointments to maintain your results.
Is there anything I can do to supercharge the SkinBoosters treatment?
Many beauty therapy treatments work best when combined with other treatments, and Restylane SkinBoosters are no exception.
For the best possible (and fastest) results, it’s recommended that you have 2 or 3 exfoliation treatments, such as Microhydrabrasion or Aspect skin peels during the initial treatment phase. This exfoliates your skin to improve light reflection. However, please avoid having these treatments within 72 hours of the Restylane SkinBooster.
When you’ve completed the initial treatment phase, and would like to reverse pigmentation or sun damage to your skin, then IPL skin rejuvenation or further Aspect skin peels are suggested. And your skin’s texture can be improved further with skin needling or Botox and standard dermal fillers.
Who would benefit from the Restylane SkinBoosters wrinkle treatment?
This wrinkle treatment is specifically for mature people who are looking for really good results.
What’s the downtime?
Some people (but not everyone) will notice tiny bruises after their treatment, so ideally you’d be able to take the rest of the day off after the treatment. You should be fine again after that.
