No-Show Policy –

At  Rubywaxx we value our clients’ time and our team’s dedication to providing exceptional service. In order to maintain an efficient schedule and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you are running 5 minutes late, please give us a call. 

No-Show Definition:

A “No-Show” is defined as:

  • Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late, which may result in your appointment being cancelled and recorded as a no-show.

 

No-Show Policy:

  • First No-Show: You will receive a courtesy reminder and a note will be made on your file.
  • Second No-Show: A note will be added to your file. You will be notified that a deposit will be required for future bookings
  • Third and Subsequent No-Shows: You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your scheduled service. Failure to show up again will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Deposits:

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
  • If you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment.

 

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always take genuine circumstances into consideration. Our goal is to maintain fairness and availability for all of our valued clients.
